Digital Audio Recorder and Audit functions.
Designed to manage intercom and public address operations over IP networks, TalkMaster-EE provides for
flexibility in design, engineering and operation. TalkMaster-EE manages Digital Acoustics’
IP7 IP Intercom and
Paging
Products, providing voice-quality sound (including QOS—Quality of Service) and low network bandwidth utilization
(80 kbps per session).
TalkMaster-EE's server based topology can manage 1,000’s of intercom and paging end-points from multiple sites
and consoles, regardless of geography. A powerful set of intercom call queue rules establishes site-specific call
response hierarchies.
As a 100% IP-based solution, TalkMaster-EE operates on available network infrastructure
and there is no need to purchase proprietary network hardware. In addition to eliminating substantial initial
acquisition cost for dedicated single-use hardware, this topology minimizes future costs related to communication
system relocation as command centers can be established wherever the network exists. Importantly, this solution
provides organizations with the flexibility to add intercom or public address end-points one at a time. Because
TalkMaster is a software solution, there is no need for additional head-end chassis or cards.
A key feature in the TalkMaster-EE Communication System is real-time call handling, using rules-based queue
management. Intercom queues are groups of intercoms that may be assigned to human console operators acting in
management teams. To
assure service quality, TalkMaster-EE incorporates a powerful set of rules-based controls to handle incoming call
counts, waiting time in queue and call priorities. By applying these rules, the TalkMaster-EE Administrator is able
to establish call response hierarchies for virtually any organizational requirement.
TalkMaster-EE Communication Management Software records every substantial aspect of an intercom call transaction;
among the information gathered and available on the Administration Console Screen are:
-
Console operator and administrator sign-in and
sign-off,
-
Call start/stop including source,
-
Recording of both audio paths, and
-
Intercom call station status
TalkMaster-EE can support a single building, a campus or multiple sites— locally or globally.
.....No call goes unanswered.

TalkMaster-LE
1.9 INCORPORATES EXTENDED PAGING CAPABILITIES!
>
Build
software-controlled paging groups,
>
Selectable
displays for intercom, paging or intercom/paging
solutions
TalkMaster’s easy to understand screen controls
provide Talk or Listen functions, manage incoming
intercom calls (via a call queue), play
pre-recorded files and communicate to one, or a group of
IP7 IP Intercoms or paging stations. Administrative
options include the use of an on-board digital audio
recorder DAR) for optional recording of conversations.
Relay control, transfer capabilities and patent-pending
redundancy functions add additional functionality and
reliability.
Using TalkMaster LE, systems may be configured for
point-to-point or point-to-multipoint modes. In
point-to-point applications, two intercoms may be
configured for direct push-to-talk functionality without
the requirement of a PC. In point-to-multipoint
applications, TalkMaster provides intercom management
for hundreds of IP7 2-wayIntercoms or public address
paging stations. TalkMaster’s unique intercom
management system is completely software-based and
scalable. Additional intercoms and stations may be added
one endpoint at a time by adding IP7 hardware to
available network Ethernet connections.
Other members of the TalkMaster™ suite of
communication management software include a feature rich
Enterprise version, TalkMaster-EE and powerful
developers SDK, iTalk/X.

TalkMaster-SDK
Family
Developers support products
Two
SDK's are available in the TMEE product line to
provide developers with the opportunity to fully
integrate the IP7 Intercom Series into their
applications.
The
TMEE Hardware DLL
and TMEE Console
DLL share a similar API structure and functionality. A partial list of supported functions and events include:
- Monitor
Intercom connects and disconnects
- Send
or receive TCP audio to/from attached Intercoms
- Send
or receive RTP audio to/from attached Intercoms
- Activate
an Intercom’s Microphone
- Optionally
record/playback audio
- Activate/Read
an Intercom’s onboard relay or Sensor
- Create
Intercom Groups for paging
- Send
8-bit PCM or 16-bit uLaw wav files or microphone
audio to Intercoms or Groups
- Set
volume level
- Search
for Intercoms and set their configuration
TMEE Hardware DLL SDK
( p/n SW-TMEE-STANDALONE)
The Hardware DLL SDK is
used for developing client-server or single console applications. The DLL
controls the IP Socket connections,
provides a “Call Back” mechanism to
report events and delivers the raw audio
stream allowing your application to
playback or transfer it to another
computer or device.
No GUI elements are included.
TMEE Console DLL SDK (
p/n SW-TMEE-SDK-HW)
The Console
DLL SDK provides
a means to create custom Console applications that integrate with TMEE
Server. The DLL communicates through the
TMEE server for all intercom
communications. Each instance of a custom
application requires a TMEE Console
License. Allows you to leverage all the
capabilities of the TMEE Server.
